E-Commerce Project Manager / Internet Marketer

We are seeking an experienced Internet Marketer to serve as a project manager and account team leader for an e-commerce website. Experience with e-commerce, SEO, social media / web 2.0, project management and team building in a web / interactive agency is preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven record of implementing web / interactive initiatives to drive business goals and profits.
This organization is a fast-paced, mid-sized interactive services company in south central Pennsylvania.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tasks to properly service client account
- Manage multiple large scale strategic projects from planning through implementation
- Write technical specifications for new e-commerce website enhancements / features and communicate to both clients and development team for approval and implementation
- Communicate project plans, deliverables, and accountability reports to clients via weekly status calls
- Analyze and implement online marketing programs, web analytics, customer database and other data to drive online conversion, site productivity, sales, and gross margin dollars for the client
- Build an SEO program – optimize site architecture / content for ranking and identify and manage resources for execution (e.g., link building, content creation, etc.)
- Manage comparison shopping portals such as Google Products and Shopzilla
- Develop strategies to leverage web 2.0 and social media to drive qualified traffic
- Develop key affiliate relationships
- Identify and implement growth strategies
- Oversee the development and implementation of onsite display advertising to coincide with email marketing campaigns
- Oversee and QA all creative
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience working as an account executive and/or project manager in an interactive advertising agency or web development firm is preferred
- Experience with web analytics and measurement tools like Omniture or Coremetrics a plus
- Prior experience communicating or presenting technical information to all levels
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Juggle and adapt quickly to multiple / shifting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
