ERP Systems Analyst

Position Summary:

This position has primary accountability for the implementation and ongoing support of our ERP business system.  This position is responsible for providing functional expertise of the ERP to the global business community and making recommendations on the best practice use of the ERP.  Will assist in making choices to meet the organization’s business requirements, provide user support and assist in planning/implementing corporate technology direction. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • In-house expert in Microsoft AX
  • Expert in Business Processes
  • Act as the catalyst to ensure the  ERP is fully integrated into the Business
  • Gather and Document Business requirements
  • Analyze requirements to determine, recommend and implement best solution
  • Respond to user queries regarding capabilities of company’s software resources
  • Ensure user community is fully educated in Business systems by facilitating & conducting informal or formal training sessions
  • Develop end user documentation
  • Develop & Coordinate in depth systems testing
  • Provide off-hours support to business operating multiple shifts across different time zones
  • Provide a high level of customer service to business

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent with demonstrated technical competence and experience.
  • 5 – 7 years related experience in ERP System.  Experience in Microsoft AX is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred. 
  • Project Management experience is preferred.
  • Software development experience in object-oriented environment is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal as well as written communication skills
  • Must work well individually and as part of a team. 
  • Must be able to work multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to meet project and business needs.

Unix Operator

We are looking for a computer operator to perform operations work for our client in Dover, Delaware. A successful candidate will have a basic understanding of computers, networking and the UNIX operating system.

The position will be supporting transactions for the state lottery system. Duties will include monitoring transactions, making sure the system jobs are running, doing backups and escalating vendor problems.

This is a customer-facing position so we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, understand and relate to the customer.

Supervising Bookmaker

Status: Open

We have an immediate need for bookmaker who has proven experience with odds and/or sports wagering.  This position will be monitoring active games, reviewing odds and or making appropriate decisions on lines based upon updated criteria.  They will also, test and review cards before distribution, post odds to the boards and verify transaction payout.

Job Purpose:

It is the responsibility of the Supervising Bookmaker to set up and monitor the daily operations of the sports book hub.  In the absence of the Director, Manager and/or Asst Manager, this position posts opening lines, approves wagers, voids, and moves lines when necessary.

Minimum Employment Requirements:

21+ years of age, proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States, High School Diploma or equivalent, must be able to obtain a valid Delaware gaming license, ability to effectively communicate in English both in oral and written form, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, work varied shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Specific Job Requirements:

Four (4) years guest service and cash handling experience including comprehensive understanding of odds making and sports betting practices and procedures.  Ability to effectively answer questions regarding sports wagering, sports wagering limits and house rules.  Input sports information received into administration terminal, verify and post event results, answer all calls from satellites, create, update and e-mail all opening line sheets and information electronically (limit changes, injuries, off the board games, sports results, etc.) to satellite locations.  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a must, including ability to maintain spreadsheets and create forms/documents from scratch.  Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch without restriction.  Maintain manual dexterity necessary to perform in an area that may be unusually  illuminated, maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, busy environment. Deal effectively with guests, management and fellow employees in all situations, dexterity in the hands and fingers to operate a computer key board and mouse, visual abilities and tolerance needed to use a computer and complete detailed paperwork in the sports book hub.

Network Systems Technician

The Network System Technician is a position that requires a foundational emphasis on Linux based solutions that include abilities in development, configuration and maintenance of Linux and Microsoft based applications. The preferred candidate will have a strong skill set in networking and willing to learn all areas of technology (voice and data).

Job Responsibilities

Director of Network Services and Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced executive to lead our network and infrastructure operations.  The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, have attention to detail, be highly motivated, have a desire to learn new technologies, and have excellent verbal communication skills. Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to Lead a Technical Team, articulate strategic technical plans and execute.  Previous Hands-on experience is required.
  • Manage a highly skilled staff of network services and infrastructure engineers to support the company global infrastructure from NY.  The infrastructure includes Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, Internet, heavy VOIP and Data.
  • Work with the audit staff to address any outstanding issues that arise in the security audit.
  • Manage the Telco vendors (MPLS, DS3 Voice and SIP) who provide wide area network services to the company environment.  BGP & EIGRP.
  • Work with the Enterprise Management Center to ensure 24/7 availability of all network resources.  This includes performance monitoring and operations to ensure customer service level agreements are met.
  • Work with all other IT infrastructure and development groups to ensure access to applications/resources.
  • Work with the Service Desk staff to address any user issues in conjunction with service level agreements.
  • Work with other divisions to provide enterprise access/resources to the global company community.
  • Design and manage large projects.  Coordinate activities among various divisions.

Education Requirements:

High School and College Degree Required.  Minimum of 8-10 years in network services and infrastructure. Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, Internet and VOIP support is required.
