<p>We are seeking an experienced director of sales to develop and lead staff and implement a culture and processes to drive sales and generate growth. The successful candidate will have a proven record of sales performance, have demonstrated experience in sales management, and have an understanding of application / web development. Experience working with software or web development in an agency environment is preferred.</p>
<p>20% travel is required. Reimbursement for relocation will be considered.</p>
<p>This organization is a fast-paced, mid-sized interactive services company in south central Pennsylvania.</p>
<h4>Location:</h4>
<p>Lancaster, PA</p>
<h4>Compensation:</h4>
<p>$150,000–$250,000</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop environment that encourages growth and development of sales professionals</li>
<li>Develop and implement culture and processes to generate leads, drive sales, and track progress</li>
<li>Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for all members of sales team.</li>
<li>Train, motivate, and mentor team of 3-5 salespeople</li>
<li>Direct and coordinate sales strategies and opportunities</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience successfully managing geographically dispersed enterprise IT organizations supporting multiple business units</li>
<li>Experience successfully managing enterprise IT applications organizations with at least 25 personnel</li>
<li>Experience successfully managing at least $5 million annual IT budgets</li>
<li>Advanced issue / problem management and resolution skills</li>
<li>Advanced risk mitigation skills</li>
<li>Proven organizational, matrix management and team building competencies</li>
<li>Ability to effectively navigate through a variety of peer levels and negotiate strategic, tactical and operational issues at those varying levels of responsibility</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent applicable business experience</li>
