<li>Review and analyze websites, identifying areas for improvement and change, relative to a websites organic performance in the search engines</li>
<li>Have a deep understanding of link strategies, link acquisition, link bait, link sculpting, and your link portfolio</li>
<li>Recommend optimizations for site architecture, URL/MOD rewrites, alternate directories, alternate domains, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of analytical and tracking solutions enabling a multichannel understanding of measurement, keeping the predetermined goals and KPI’s in mind</li>

The Web/Interactive Technical Project Manager (PM) is responsible for facilitating successful project execution via interaction with technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, etc. in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and project profitability. <p>The PM works closely with Sales, Account Managers, and the technical staff to manage/coordinate projects from the beginning through the completion. The PM is responsible for budget management ensuring that projects are being delivered on-time and on-budget. In those unusual situations when a project goes over-budget, the PM makes sure there is buy-in at the executive level. Further, the PM maintains a detailed record of each project within our project management system, SalesForce LPS. </p>

<strong></strong> We have an immediate opening for an Applications Developer /  Tester for a rapidly growing company in Central, PA.  This person will have the ability to analyze source code and develop load-based scenarios to test functionality.</p>
<h4>Must Haves:</h4>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Passion for Development, Analysis and Testing</span> – We’re looking for someone who has a true passion for applications development and software testing – someone who gets the same satisfaction in writing an application as they do in &#8220;breaking&#8221; or testing that application.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technical Skill</span> – The perfect candidate for this position must have significant coding skills in order to understand the systems that are being tested, write test automation and communicate with our developers.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ability to Prioritize and Organize</span> – The software development within our organization is highly dynamic and constantly changing.  Key variables in your test suite may change weekly or even daily.  The ability to recognize, interpret and organize around these frequently changing job environment factors is essential.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ability to Work without Direct Supervision </span>– The development team is small &#8211; about 10 developers.  We do not have a heavy management structure so the necessity for taking independent action – quickly recognizing a technical or business need related to the software testing effort, and the ability to know what steps to take without the need of managerial approval is essential.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ability to Communicate </span>– Strong written and verbal communication is essential for success in this position.   This position will require the candidate to be able to read and analyze product documentation, write test plans, write clear bug reports, write coherent status reports and have the ability to listen critically and speak rationally in our weekly developer meetings.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ability to Understand our Business Strategy</span></p>

<strong></strong> 1.    Analyzing code and developing automated tests based on written test cases 2.    Leveraging commercially available automated testing tools as well as creating your own ad-hoc automation utilities to test our systems 3.    Writing test plans based on requirement documents</p>

<strong></strong> 1.     At least a four year degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering and or computer science 2.     2 or more years of experience in Automated Testing 3.     Experience writing test cases, writing scripts and test execution 4.     Strong development background in .NET Technologies such as C#, <a href="http://vb.net/" target="_blank">VB.NET</a>, <a href="http://asp.net/" target="_blank">ASP.NET</a> and JavaScript as well as testing these technologies 5.     Working knowledge of SQL</p>

<p>The position will work with our account teams, internal resources and external partners and vendors to implement all paid and organic search campaigns.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate understands strategy and also loves the details; can grasp marketing and communications challenges and recommend search programs that will accomplish specific goals within the context of a highly integrated marketing communications program.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be an expert for organic and paid search strategies and techniques</li>
<li>Understand client challenges and objectives; develop relevant recommendations based on audits of web sites and existing programs, analysis of targeted keywords, detailed suggestions for on-page factors, site architecture, linking and content structure, etc.</li>
<li>Present search capabilities and programs to clients and prospects</li>
