Wedding Sales Rep – Lancaster, PA

A Wedding industry focused website seeks a full-time Sales Executive to be a key player in already existing $100 Billion per year US wedding industry. This position is within a fast paced start-up environment for a new Internet company focused on developing solutions for the wedding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue generation of new and existing wedding vendors.
- Making cold and warm calls, prospecting, proactive emails among other sales tactics.
- Working with client and advertising agencies to build relationships, to break new business.
- Move clients from introduction, through close and contract submission.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of media and general advertising sales experience preferred.
- Has a proven record at closing sales, meeting and exceeding goals, and adhering to rate card.
- Excellent phone presence; have the ability to radiate confidence and energy over the phone.
- Results oriented drive and solid work ethics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way.
- Manage time well, correctly prioritizing tasks.
Compensation:
Draw against commissions + Commissions + Bonus
(First year income potential $65+k)
