Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a solar energy company for homeowners and small businesses, is experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding their team of inside sales people. These people will be handling all stages of the sales process…from prospecting cold and inbound leads, to needs analysis and presentation, and to closing and follow up. With an office in Bethlehem and one opening in Lancaster within the next few months, we are recruiting sales people for both. However, it may be 2-3 months before the Lancaster office is open.

Responsibilities:

    • Proven Business to Consumer Inside Sales experience.
    • A hunter’s mindset…(i.e. a willingness to and love of finding the next prospect).

This includes (but is not limited to) sales calls to physicians, pharmacies, wholesales and any medical professional (or organization), which may influence FPI promoted product sales.

                      Executive / Sales Assistant

                      The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative/executive/sales support related tasks and will be able to work independently as well as with heavy supervision.                           • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
                          • Work closely with the Partners to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients.

                            Business Development Manager

                            Status:Closed


                            This person will report directly to the Owner/Master Franchisee and will have the opportunity to assume this role (including all management/operational/business development duties) within 2-5 years.

                            Key Responsibilities

                            • Identify, cultivate, manage and track new franchise opportunities in a business development role.
                            • Meet/exceed annual quota targets.
                            • Ability to carry franchise sales through the affiliation process, conducting appropriate due diligence, negotiations, etc.
                            • Create and work business plan to achieve growth goals by identifying, advancing and closing deals.
