Inside Sales Representative

Primary Function:
Our client, a solar energy company for homeowners and small businesses, is experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding their team of inside sales people. These people will be handling all stages of the sales process…from prospecting cold and inbound leads, to needs analysis and presentation, and to closing and follow up. With an office in Bethlehem and one opening in Lancaster within the next few months, we are recruiting sales people for both. However, it may be 2-3 months before the Lancaster office is open.
Responsibilities:
- Proven Business to Consumer Inside Sales experience.
- A hunter’s mindset…(i.e. a willingness to and love of finding the next prospect).
- Clean criminal background.

Compensation:
- $35,000 base salary plus commissions. Total income to exceed $60,000.
