Applications Developer / .Net

We are looking for a progressive developer who is looking to become part of a cutting edge team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of development projects from initial brainstorming with the client to troubleshooting the finalized product.

Key Functions:
- Build high-end and cutting edge web applications improving business processes using .NET and other languages.
- Communicate with clients to understand their issues and requirements.
- Work closely on ideas and strategies for client web sites.
- Create innovative solutions with your technical skills and creativity.
- Develop high-end web sites utilizing the latest web standards.
- Develop and implement enhancements to client web sites.
- Manage multiple projects while changing priorities effectively.
- Coordinate with our design department throughout projects.
- Document & execute quality assurance testing procedures.
Success Factors:
- Minimum two years of practical hands-on experience in a development role preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field a plus, but not required.
- Complete understanding of web design languages such as HTML, XML, .NET, and Java Script. The desire to learn new technologies is a significant plus (Flex, Silverlight, Rails, etc.).
- Experience with SQL Server and .NET are essential.
- Knowledge of Web Services, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Object Oriented, and Business User Interaction a plus.
- Good verbal communications skills – must genuinely enjoy interacting with others!
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Entrepreneurial attitude coupled with creativity and drive.

$75,000 – $95,000
