Web / Game / Application Designer

We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to create effective web sites for a web/gaming company.  The Designer plays an active role in collaborating with other designers and produces a wide range of projects.  They must be able to produce concepts on the fly and have the willingness to offer creative direction as needed.  Projects will vary in size and scope.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who likes to produce really polished design with attention to detail (layout, proper shading, smooth edges, strong, smooth colors etc). A strong emphasis to UI design and functionality are also required.

Experience with web-based game design is highly desirable.
