Advertising Sales Consultant

Primary Function:
Our client is a results-driven marketing solutions business dedicated to helping business owners acquire new customers and increase revenue. They provide advertising and marketing services both in print and online. They are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Consultant to develop and maintain new online advertising partnerships for their performance-based cost-per-action online advertising network.
They need motivated sales pros who know how to target, prospect and secure new accounts. You must be driven, terrific at building relationships and have a great phone presence. They need a sales rep with high energy and a competitive spirit to join the team!
Job Duties:
- Identify and prospect online advertising opportunities through cold calling, incoming leads, and existing industry contacts.
- Expand relationships by tracking and reviewing campaign success. Identify opportunities for online ad partners to improve their ROI.
- Manage all communications and negotiations.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Self motivator with proven negotiation skills and the ability to close.
- Passion for driving revenue and running marketing programs.
- Strong relationship/partnering skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Superior phone skills a must.
Compensation:
- $30,000-$40,000 base to earn $60,000-$70,000 year one.
- $100,000 + after year one.
