Part Time Web Developer

This temporary position will be responsible for frequent edits to existing websites, regular e-mail campaign build/setup, Facebook (tabs, reveal pages, profile images) and other website development work as designated for various clients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of two years designing and developing for the web
• Ability to work with multiple team members to complete client projects as designated (on time and on budget)
• Ability to frequently communicate status of projects to appropriate team members
• Ability to ask questions when needed
• Ability to self-manage workload
• Working knowledge of front-end coding using HTML/XHTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, PHP
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Working knowledge of Facebook development (FBML/ Applications)
• Experience in coding, and delivering HTML emails (via Campaign Monitor, Listrak and/or MailChimp)
• Experience with ExpressionEngine is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of web standards, CSS-based design and the importance of valid HTML.
• Knowledge of image-editing software.  Photoshop is ideal.
• Ability to optimize images
• Knowledge of cross-browser testing and implementation

Term:

2 months (10-12 hours / week)
