Duties:

        Network Systems Technician

        The Network System Technician is a position that requires a foundational emphasis on Linux based solutions that include abilities in development, configuration and maintenance of Linux and Microsoft based applications. The preferred candidate will have a strong skill set in networking and willing to learn all areas of technology (voice and data).

        The Technician will work from a home office 50% of the time and on-site with clients the other 50%.  A typical schedule is 8-5, M-F

        Territory Service Manager

        ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

        The TSM reports to the Service Manager or the General Manager and supervises his assigned route men and route coordinators.

        MAJOR GOAL

        The major goal is to supervise assigned route personnel to ensure that route men efficiently deliver and properly service their accounts and maintain good customer relations within the service area of Baltimore, D.C., and Northern VA.
