This will include stress-testing the system, and testing for reliability, faults and boundary conditions as well as basic functionality. Identify and log issues along with reproduction methods to enable software developers to resolve. Validate resolved problems and new system capabilities.

Integrate proprietary system software with IBM supercomputer hardware for installation at customer sites. This includes installing system software stack, writing complex scripts to stress the software and hardware, and being a principal point of contact with the customer and IBM. Assist the customer with programming techniques, performance enhancements, problem identification and resolution. Work closely with IBM’s hardware design engineers during system manufacturing and installation, to resolve hardware and software functional reliability problems.
