Required:

Technical Support / Computer Field Service Technician

We are looking for a field service technician with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent education). The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Supporting and maintenance of machines in retail locations throughout the state of Delaware.
  • Duties to include all basic upkeep (cleaning, restocking supplies, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting), installation of new machines and replacement of machines that are unable to be repaired.
  • Troubleshoot and connect machines to the network.

The shifts for this position are rotating and mostly occur during the day. However, you may be asked to work into the evening and on weekends occasionally.

This is a customer-facing position so we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, understand and relate to the customer.

Computer Operator

We are looking for a computer operator to perform operations work for our client in Dover, Delaware. A successful candidate will have a basic understanding of computers, networking and the UNIX operating system. 

The position will be supporting transactions for the state lottery system. Duties will include  dispatch management, monitoring transactions, making sure the system jobs are running, doing backups and escalating vendor problems.

This is a 24×7 operation and shifts for this position rotate on a monthly basis.
