Located in the Midwestern US Region.
Primary Function:
Role will be responsible for the development of sales and the implementation of marketing strategies set forth by the company. This role will focus on National/Global End Users with locations spreading over multiple states, national, multi-national and global footprints. These End Users should have centralized specification or purchasing at headquarters in the assigned region. Key to this position will be the ability to leverage industry and client relationship skills within the enterprise market while integrating company and applicable Partner product portfolios to formulate and deliver solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop differentiated programs utilizing company brands represented within commercial datacomm. Proactively market contracts and programs to customer base where appropriate.
- Work with the channel, RSM’s and Rep Agencies to target and develop multi-region, national, multi-national and global End User accounts which reside and/or have decision influence in assigned Region.
- Collaborate to maximize volume, mix and margin.
- Utilize professional consultative sales expertise to conduct business analysis to develop, present and implement customized business solutions to each targeted End-User Partner.
- Responsible for expansion of business within these targeted accounts with all cabling products.
- Engage Enterprise Solutions team to maximize and leverage strategic market value and drive a business development model.
- Fully engage and serve as a key member within the Enterprise Sales Team, contributing to strategic direction, program development and customer relationship with national & global end-user accounts.
- Drive channel friendly strategies consistent with the Company Strategic Plan.
- Prepare annual sales and expense forecasts.
- Prepare annual business plan in support of company objectives.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Utilize key channel relationships to enhance market/product intelligence as well as volume sales.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales potential and other important activities within market responsibilities.

High level of communication and organizational skills Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams Marketing implementation strategy with ability to manage complex issues involving account development and program enhancement Must maintain the image and integrity of the Company with our clients, consultants, distribution partners Strong history of customer interaction, presentation skills, and negotiating skills 10 years experience calling on C-level executives 10 years experience in a consultative sales role 10 years experience in a world class Sales/Marketing organization BS in Sales/Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
Compensation:
$80-100k Base Salary ($130,000 – $160,000)
