Human Resources Advisor

Primary Function:

Our client, an $800 million energy and waste recycling resources company with over 85 facilities, is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Advisor. This person will report to the Human Resources Manager and will work out of the company’s satellite office in Montgomery, PA. He/She will be responsible for the day to day operations of employment related functions. The company anticipates growth from approximately 100 current employees to approximately 200 employees during 2012. The HR Advisor will be leading this effort.

Responsibilities:

    • Employee Relations.
    • Network with local schools, universities, companies, and recruiters to ensure a “pipeline” of candidates.
    • Conduct new hire orientation.
    • Process all Payroll/HR related documents.
    • Visit company field locations in PA to further build employee interaction (25% travel).
    • Draft offer letters.
    • Administer pre employment programs.
    • Facilitate job postings.
    • Educate employees on policies/procedures.
    • Conduct audit reports such as headcount, turnover, exit interviews, etc…

                We are looking for a Data Warehouse Informatica Developer to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA.
                The position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in the following:
