Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a direct source of sales for our client. The CSR is responsible for contacting assigned retailers, via telephone and securing orders as well as handling related questions or problems. Additionally all daily orders and new orders are packed by the CSR’s and released to UPS for distribution to the retailer network.


Job Functions:

  • Contact each retailer within assigned call list on a weekly basis.
  • Provide information about new promotions.
  • Employ professional telephone sales techniques to maximize retailer’s sales and inventory.
  • Schedule returns through tel-sell including all close outs.
  • Develop positive working relationships with retailers and assigned territory Marketing Representatives.
  • Provide feedback to General Manager on retailer issues.
  • Package daily and monthly tel-sell orders for UPS pick-up and distribution.
  • Process all returned packages.

This is a customer-facing position so we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, understand and relate to the customer.

The position requires that you complete a thorough background check and drug screen.
