Customer Care Center Specialist

Position Summary:

The Customer Care Center Specialist position will be responsible for customer support to marketing representatives.  This successful candidate perform various operations functions as they relate to our customers, managing inventory of all equipment found at a location and assist field service staff as necessary.  This position will have high visibility to the customer and internal staff, along with all levels of management.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

-       Main point of contact for all of our customers.
-       Receive/respond or forward to appropriate department all customer questions.
-       Receive/respond or forward to appropriate department all incoming calls.
-       Assist marketing representatives by working with our customers to maintain maximum levels of service and materials.
-       Monitor and troubleshoot communication networks.  Escalate to appropriate department when necessary.
-       Provide level one support/communication to customer and site for escalated customer issues.
-       Monitor activity and report abnormalities to management.
-       Information distribution: Act as a point of contact for personnel and site personnel as it relates to our customers. Assist with development of communication plans to field and other personnel.
-       Coordinate installations, removals, relocations and change-of-ownerships.
-       Manage dispatch call queues.  Highlight any trends and report abnormalities to management.
-       Administer customer call-back program.
-       Provide statistics and statistical analysis of various data types including sales, preventative maintenance schedules, communication types and associated issues, service calls, customer management, asset management.
-       Proactive Programs: Assist with development and implementation of programs as they relate to our customers
-       Assist with developing documentation for various new and existing programs as necessary.

Position Requirement/Skills & Abilities:

-       An Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
-       Able to prioritize multiple projects.
-       Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
-       Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-       Ability to convey thoughts, ideas, and materials to all departments.
-       Excellent customer service skills.
-       Intermediate computer software and hardware knowledge.
-       Ability to compile and analyze statistical information.
-       Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
-       Ability to work with all levels of management.
