Sales Manager

Our client is looking for a high level person to manage the sales of luxurious and new residential construction. Working for one of the area’s most respected builders, you will be given all the necessary support to build a long-term career. Your office will be within the on-site model home with hours of operation Friday through Tuesday 11am-6pm. The client is looking for team players that work hard, have a desire to become better, and have a passion for building customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:


  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Professional look and demeanor.
  • Full circle solution selling ability.
  • Excellent follow up skills.
  • Ability to execute a detail oriented selling process.
  • Previous experience selling high ticket solutions.
  • Ability to “farm” company generated leads as well as “hunt” for new leads.
  • Bachelors degree.
