Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer responsible for the implementation and support of Windows based operating systems and various application, hardware and software platforms. Regular job responsibilities will involve supporting a variety of technologies, customer and team driven projects, participation in tasks related to helpdesk and desktop support service orders required to meet customer needs. The successful candidate will have proven experience in supervising staff and managing datacenter operations.
The qualified candidate will have professional experience working with the following:
• Microsoft Windows Server technology for more than five (5+) years
• Windows Systems / applications Patch Management for more than five (5+) years.
• Microsoft Exchange
• Enterprise Antivirus
• Windows Systems backup and restore using various tools / utilities
• VMWare Virtual Center virtualization technologies
Other Requirements:
• Experience presenting and communicating technical information to all levels
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to mentor junior level staff
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Juggle and adapt quickly to multiple / shifting priorities
