Director of Sales

We are seeking an experienced director of sales to develop and lead staff and implement a culture and processes to drive sales and generate growth. The successful candidate will have a proven record of sales performance, have demonstrated experience in sales management, and have an understanding of application / web development. Experience working with software or web development in an agency environment is preferred.
20% travel is required. Reimbursement for relocation will be considered.
This organization is a fast-paced, mid-sized interactive services company in south central Pennsylvania.

Compensation:
$150,000–$250,000
Job Responsibilities
- Develop environment that encourages growth and development of sales professionals
- Develop and implement culture and processes to generate leads, drive sales, and track progress
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for all members of sales team.
- Train, motivate, and mentor team of 3-5 salespeople
- Direct and coordinate sales strategies and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales performance, leadership, and teambuilding
- Experience presenting and communicating technical information to all levels
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Juggle and adapt quickly to multiple / shifting priorities
