Client Services Representative

Status: Closed

We are looking for someone who is professional in attitude and appearance, communicates well, is capable of multitasking and staying organized, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Location:

Lancaster, PA

Compensation:

25-30K with no experience; 30-40K with experience


Essential Job Functions:

  • Respond to customer emails/telephone calls in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner (within one hour of initiation)
  • Follow work flow procedures and protocols
  • Complete data entry for product(s) requested / Prepare job documentation
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; work well in group problem-solving situations
  • Understand client needs and communicating expectations to them
  • Coordinate production aspects of projects with vendors
  • Coordinate all necessary project components to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance; meet commitments; resolve customer issues/complaints
  • Understand and anticipate the needs and requirements of the customers
  • Follow up with customers after each project to ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Be willing to work overtime if needed
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Use good judgment and common sense

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Read, write and speak English
  • Basic Math skills
  • Basic Computer Skills

Desired or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
